You get an A+,A+, A+, for your hard work, good taste, and the mechanics of getting around the current HOA policies for people borrowing money to buy a condo. You got the people in to clean up and present the condo in a good light. The photographer was magnificant in showing off the interior. The handling of the golfcart and electronic keyboard was very good. And the open house was a great success with many good offers. We do not know any of the details of the HOA actions in treating the situation with the buyers lenders, but appreciate you getting the acceptance done. All this with a good humor.
